DECEMBER 28, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chairman signature on a <br />Professional Services Agreement with Public Safety Testing (PST), <br />for promotional testing for Sheriff Corporal in the amount of <br />$5,800.00 plus expenses: lodging & per diem as well as the 4% <br />surcharge added to actual expenses to cover state and local B&O <br />taxes and fees, noting Washington State sales tax is not charged. <br />Chairman Berndt seconded.
