COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. DECEMBER 21, 2015
Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul
Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Brett Wachsmith,
Treasurer & Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER
Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer stated that he would like to get
permission to set a Public Hearing to consider the sale of Tax Title
property parcel #669433.
The Board asked Mr. Wachsmith to check with Public Works to get
their understanding of the parcel and whether or not the County
should hold onto the parcel or if it’s okay to sell it and then
report back.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
