DECEMBER 15, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien-By Phone and Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Doc Hansen, <br />Planning Official/Interim Planning Director; Angela San Filippo, <br />Planner & Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:04 a.m. Chairman Berndt opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would recess into an Executive Session for 30 minutes per <br />RCW 42.30.140 (4)(a) Collective bargaining sessions with employee <br />organizations, including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, <br />and discussions relating to the interpretation or application of a <br />labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a meeting during which the <br />governing body is planning or adopting the strategy or position to <br />be taken by the governing body during the course of any collective <br />bargaining, professional negotiations, or grievance or mediation <br />proceedings, or reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or <br />proceedings while in progress. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:34 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 9:34 a.m. Chairman Berndt announced the Board would recess back <br />into Executive Session for 10 minutes per RCW 42.30.140 (4)(a) <br />Collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, <br />including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions <br />relating to the interpretation or application of a labor agreement; <br />or (b) that portion of a meeting during which the governing body is <br />planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the <br />governing body during the course of any collective bargaining, <br />professional negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:44 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
