KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. DECEMBER 14, 2015
Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul
Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Brett Wachsmith,
Treasurer.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER
Brett Wachsmith reviewed a Debt Management Policy that had been
approved by the Finance Committee. He also reviewed an Addendum to
a License Agreement between Kittitas County and Balanced Action,
Inc.
POLICY DEBT MANAGEMENT POLICY TREASURER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Debt Management Policy, as
presented. Chairman Berndt seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
AGREEMENT ADDENDUM #7 – BALANCED ACTION, INC. TREASURER
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Addendum #7 to a License
Agreement between Kittitas County and Balanced Action, Inc. in the
amount of $15,000.00. Chairman Berndt seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
