DECEMBER 14, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Brett Wachsmith, <br />Treasurer. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD TREASURER <br /> <br />Brett Wachsmith reviewed a Debt Management Policy that had been <br />approved by the Finance Committee. He also reviewed an Addendum to <br />a License Agreement between Kittitas County and Balanced Action, <br />Inc. <br /> <br />POLICY DEBT MANAGEMENT POLICY TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve a Debt Management Policy, as <br />presented. Chairman Berndt seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT ADDENDUM #7 – BALANCED ACTION, INC. TREASURER <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve Addendum #7 to a License <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and Balanced Action, Inc. in the <br />amount of $15,000.00. Chairman Berndt seconded.
