DECEMBER 14, 2015 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul <br />Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Judy Pless, Budget & <br />Finance Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR <br /> <br />Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager reviewed a Retrospective Rating <br />Plan Agreement with the Department of Labor and Industries. She <br />provided information on recent years ratings and suggested selecting <br />the Standard Premium of $260,000.00. Ms. Pless indicated the <br />coverage dates from 2012 – 2014 included a net refund of $82,122.00 <br />for Kittitas County. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT DEPARTMENT OF LABOR & INDUSTRIES AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner Jewell moved to approve and authorize the Chair to sign <br />the Individual Retrospective Rating Plan Agreement with the <br />Department of Labor and Industries.
