COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. DECEMBER 14, 2015
Board members present: Chairman Gary Berndt & Commissioner Paul
Jewell. Absent: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and Judy Pless, Budget &
Finance Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR
Judy Pless, Budget & Finance Manager reviewed a Retrospective Rating
Plan Agreement with the Department of Labor and Industries. She
provided information on recent years ratings and suggested selecting
the Standard Premium of $260,000.00. Ms. Pless indicated the
coverage dates from 2012 – 2014 included a net refund of $82,122.00
for Kittitas County.
AGREEMENT DEPARTMENT OF LABOR & INDUSTRIES AUDITOR
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve and authorize the Chair to sign
the Individual Retrospective Rating Plan Agreement with the
Department of Labor and Industries. Chairman Berndt seconded.
Motion carried 2-0.
