MAY 22, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Jewell opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending May 19, 2017. <br /> <br />UPDATE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES BOARD COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien was approved to assume the vacant position on <br />the County DD Board, noting that he would still chair the meetings <br />but also has the ability to vote. <br /> <br />LETTER JOHN UFKES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Board signature on letter <br />to John Ufkes Member of the Kittitas County Developmental <br />Disabilities Advisory Board, thanking him for his service from 2008 <br />- 2017. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />RATIFY WSLCB COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to ratify the Chair’s signature on a <br />letter of non-objection to the Washington State Liquor Control Board
