05/15/2017 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MAY 15, 2017 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Obie O’Brien. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jill Scheffer, <br />Event Center Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD EVENT CENTER <br /> <br />Jill Scheffer, Event Center Director presented the Board with Punch <br />Lists for the Rodeo and the Fairgrounds for the Board to review. <br /> <br />The Board stated that the lists for the most part looked good. <br />However they reminded Ms. Scheffer that she has to work within her <br />budget, as she can only pursue projects that were budgeted for. They <br />indicated that she should keep them informed and come to the Board <br />with emergency projects etc. <br /> <br />Ms. Scheffer presented the Board with her proposed “newsletter” that <br />she previously discussed. The Board expressed their support and <br />encouraged her to also send a hard copy to the neighbors up at Reed <br />Park.
