COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. MAY 22, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz & Commissioner Obie O’Brien.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Judy Pless,
Budget & Finance Director and one member of the public.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD AUDITOR
Judy Pless, Budget and Finance Director presented the Board with a
request to consider transferring funds. She stated that it would be
a transfer balance of levy shift to fund 403 to cover debt (budget
code 001-2612340055) (revenue code 403 1039734-road levy shift) in
the amount of $472,737.28.
Ms. Pless also presented the Board with an electronic request for
budget transfer to clear year end balances in the amount of
$336,310.00.
VOUCHER BUDGET TRANSFER AUDITOR
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize Chair Signature on a
Voucher to transfer balance of levy shift to fund 403 to cover debt
(budget code 001-2612340055) (revenue code 403 1039734-road levy
shift) in the amount of $472,737.28. Commissioner O’Brien seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
VOUCHER BUDGET TRANSFER AUDITOR
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize the Board electronic
signature on a budget transfer request in the amount of $336,310.00,
noting that $100,000.00 was from -Professional Services 001-
109154101 and $236,310.00 was from the General Fund 001-508.
Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
