KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 10:30 A.M. MAY 24, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell; Vice-Chairman Laura
Osiadacz, and Commissioner Obie O’Brien – By Phone.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board; Mark Cook, Public
Works Director and Lucas Huck, Engineer.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 10:33 a.m. Chairman Paul Jewell opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 5
minutes to consider the selection of a site or the acquisition of
real estate by lease or purchase when public knowledge regarding
such consideration would cause a likelihood of increased price. No
action was anticipated.
At 10:38 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Commissioner Osiadacz was directed to continue negotiations, noting
that the offer is good for 30 days.
Meeting adjourned at 10:38 a.m.
