4/16/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 16, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Kasey Knutson, <br />Health Promotion Supervisor; Robin Read, Public Health <br />Administrator. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> <br />Kasey Knutson, Health Promotion Supervisor presented the Board with <br />a DRAFT PSA between Kittitas County Public Health and PIVOTAL <br />Consulting and Training. She stated that the Board would be seeing <br />it at a future Agenda Session for formal consideration but they <br />wanted to get it before the Board prior for them to bring forward <br />any concerns etc. The Board stated that they thought the PSA was <br />good and would look forward to seeing it formally on a future Agenda <br />session. <br /> <br />Ms. Knutson stated that at the Security Committee Retreat where she <br />was selected as the new Chair they discussed a Policy for <br />surveillance cameras and if it would be appropriate for each <br />department to pay for their own. The Board asked Staff to work with <br />I.T. and place the topic on the next I.T.
