REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. MAY 7, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Erin Moore,
WRP Coordinator.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH
Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator presented the Board with a Contract for
Services for the Sale of Water Mitigation Certificates for the RCWR,
LLC (Deneen). She stated it’s follow up to the Special Meeting held
on May 1, 2018 where the Board expressed their support moving
forward with the Consumptive Use Pilot Program.
CONTRACT WATER MITIGATION PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner O’Brien moved to ratify Commissioner Paul Jewell’s
signature and authorize Chairman Osiadacz and his own signature on a
Contract for Services Sale of Water Mitigation Certificates for the
RCWR, LLC as presented. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried
2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:52 a.m.
