5/07/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:40 A.M. MAY 7, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Dan Carlson, <br />CDS Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD CDS <br /> <br />Dan Carlson, CDS Director wanted to the let the Board know that they <br />Planning Commission will be holding their Public Hearing on <br />5/22/2018. He is planning to bring forward a request for the Board <br />to consider on the 5/15/18 Agenda to set a BoCC Public Hearing for <br />6-25-2018 at which time he would like the Board to consider the <br />following as he feels it will allow them to accomplish more within <br />the Hearing if need be: Consider regulations and consider extending <br />the solar moratorium. He stated that if that language is included in <br />the notice it should cover them well for however the hearing goes <br />and allow them to accomplish whatever is needed.
