MARCH 25, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett <br />Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending March 22, 2019. <br /> <br />APPOINTMENT KCHA – HULL - REAPPOINT COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to reappoint David Hull to the Kittitas <br />County Housing Authority for a 5 year term effective immediately and <br />expiring on 4/6/2024. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried <br />3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION 2019 HOLIDAY CLOSURES COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith proposed that the Board work with HR to have <br />the following days July 5, 2019 (all day); November 20th, 2019 (½ <br />day); and December 31, 2019 (½ day) in place for optional closures, <br />noting employees would have the option to take vacation. <br />Commissioner Osiadacz and Chairman Wright were in support of the <br />proposal. <br /> <br />REQUEST NACO – MEETING COMMISSIONERS
