2018-08-29 MINUTES 1  <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br /> <br />WEDNESDAY 1:00 PM August 29, 2018 <br />Board members present: Commissioner Chairman, Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Others: Jerry Pettit, County Auditor, Kay Kresge, Fiscal Analyst and Judy Pless, Budget and <br />Finance Manager <br />The meeting was called to order at 1:00 pm. <br />CERTIFICATION OF 2017 CAPITAL ASSETS <br />Kay Kresge presented to the Board the 2017 Capital assets in the amount of $244,924,065. <br />Commissioner O'Brien made the motion to approve the 2017 Capital Assets and to sign the <br />certification to the Co Auditor, Commissioner Wright seconded, motion approved. <br />2017 COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT <br />Judy Pless presented the board the 2017 government wide financial reports, with the funds <br />combining statements. Discussion occurred regarding the possible payoff of the $1,093,084.92 <br />General fund interfund loan to Solid Waste.
