COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON

SPECIAL MEETING
WEDNESDAY 1:00 P.M. FEBRUARY 6, 2019
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith (by phone); &
Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Stephanie
Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and
announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15
minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. Possible
action anticipated.
At 1:15 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. Staff
was directed to draft a Resolution authorizing Merit to sell the
property.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:15 p.m.
