FEBRUARY 6, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith (by phone); & <br />Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:00 p.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with <br />legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential <br />litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member <br />acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, <br />when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result <br />in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. Possible <br />action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:15 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
