FEBRUARY 4, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Jim Goeben, <br />I.T. Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD INFORMATION TECH. <br /> <br />Jim Goeben, I.T.
