FEBRUARY 4, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith & Commissioner <br />Laura Osiadacz. Excused: Chairman Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director; & Clay Myers, Undersheriff. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />At 9:40 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would <br />recess into an Executive Session for 5 minutes per RCW 42.30.140 to <br />consider Collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, <br />including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and discussions <br />relating to the interpretation or application of a labor agreement; <br />or (b) that portion of a meeting during which the governing body is <br />planning or adopting the strategy or position to be taken by the <br />governing body during the course of any collective bargaining, <br />professional negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress. Possible action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:45 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. Direction <br />was given to Staff. <br /> <br />FORM OSHA 300A HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz moved to approve Vice-Chair signature on the <br />2018 OSHA 300A form as presented.
