JANUARY 24, 2019 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING 2019 LEGISLATIVE DIRECTION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:30 p.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to discuss the <br />Board’s 2019 Legislative direction and goals. <br /> <br />The Board determined that they intend to seek funding for the Airport <br />and Fairgrounds. There was discussion on Commissioner Wright developing <br />the request for the Airport funds and either Commissioner Wachsmith or <br />Commissioner Osiadacz developing the request for funding for the <br />Fairgrounds. <br /> <br />There was discussion on the Board supporting the I-90 project as well as <br />the Beverly Bridge repairs. <br /> <br />OTHER BUSINESS – <br /> <br />Commissioner Osiadacz outlined who she is reaching out to in recruiting <br />support for the I-90 project she has been working on. <br /> <br /> <br />The meeting was adjourned at 2:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Cory Wright, Chairman
