COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. JANUARY 7, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager and one member of the public.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented and
reviewed proposals from Prosite and Arbor Care Lawn & Pest Control,
Inc.
PROPOSAL PROSITE ESTIMATE SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Osiadacz moved to authorize approval for Accolade
(Prosite Pest Control) to have infested items and debris removed
from Unit #75 at Shady Brook, in the amount of approximately
$4,061.25. Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Commissioner Osiadacz
asked Ms. Johnson to get a legal opinion on recouping the costs.
Motion carried 3-0.
PROPOSAL ARBOR CARE LAWN & PEST SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve the proposal from Arbor Care
Lawn & Pest Control as presented. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded.
Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
