COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONER’S CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING MONDAY 11:00 A.M. JANUARY 7, 2019
Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith; and Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Lisa Young, Human
Resource Director/Interim Event Center Director; Chris Horner,
Deputy Prosecutor and Mike Hougardy, Assessor.
SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 11:01 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced
the Board would recess into Executive Session for 15 minutes to
discuss with legal counsel representing the agency matters relating
to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency litigation or potential litigation to which
the agency, the governing body, or a member acting in an official
capacity is, or is likely to become, a party, when public knowledge
regarding the discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or
financial consequence to the agency. Possible action anticipated.
At 11:16 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. There
was no action taken.
At 11:16 a.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board recessed back into
Executive Session for 5 minutes to discuss with legal counsel
representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement
actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the
governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is
likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the
discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial
consequence to the agency. Possible action anticipated.
At 11:21 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
Direction was given to Staff.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:21 a.m. KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
