COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. DECEMBER 10, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Chris Horner,
Deputy Prosecutor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
At 9:50 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess into
an Executive Session with Chris Horner, Deputy Prosecutor, for 10
minutes to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency
matters relating to agency enforcement actions, or to discuss with
legal counsel representing the agency litigation or potential
litigation to which the agency, the governing body, or a member
acting in an official capacity is, or is likely to become, a party,
when public knowledge regarding the discussion is likely to result
in an adverse legal or financial consequence to the agency. No
action anticipated.
At 10:00 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session.
Direction was given to Deputy Horner to defend & indemnify County
Prosecutor Greg Zempel and to work with the Risk Pool.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
