REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. NOVEMBER 26, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Barb Demory,
LDC Administrator.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD LOWER DIST. COURT
Barb Demory, LDC Administrator presented & reviewed an Agreement for
AV Capture All Judicial Version.
AGREEMENT AV CAPTURE ALL LOWER DIST. COURT
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize Chair signature
on an Amendment to the Original Agreement with AV Capture All
(BOCC’s Agreement) for the Judicial Version. Commissioner Wright
seconded. Commissioner O’Brien stated that the funding is coming
from the Trial Court Improvement Fund. Motion carried 3-0.
