NOVEMBER 26, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. Note there were NO <br />vouchers this week. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending November 21, 2018 (due to holiday). <br /> <br />DISCUSSION BOCC OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright proposed that the BoCC Office close on <br />12/21/2018 to allow for end of the year turn over, archiving and <br />clean up. Chairman Osiadacz stated that she was in support of the <br />idea. Commissioner O’Brien cautioned the Board on potential push <br />back they may receive from other EO’s and DH’s. Staff was directed <br />to prepare enabling documents for the Board to consider. <br /> <br />RATIFY REAL ESTATE EXCISE TAX COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to ratify Chair signature on a Real <br />Estate Excise Tax Supplemental Statement for the Teanaway water <br />purchase. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION PLAC – NO NET LOSS COMMISSIONERS
