Meeting called to order at 11:00 AM.
Dude Solutions and Laserfiche Update
Mr. Goeben updated the board on the status of the software integration; the vendor and the
applications team continue to progress and plan to move to production in the next few weeks.
VoIP Project Update
There was discussion of the new phone system project which is scheduled to launch December 3.
Software Inventory
Mr. Goeben told the board he spoke with the management team at their October meeting about the
county inventory of off‐the‐shelf software being managed by IT. Members of the management team
voiced no concerns.
Considering Apple Computers
There was discussion about the cost and issues related to supporting Apple computers on the county
network. The board agreed not to provide the option due to the additional expense and related security
issues.
