Obie O’Brien; and Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II & Lisa
Young, HR Director/Interim Event Center Director.
SPECIAL MEETING RESOLUTION KCC 2.82 COMMISSIONERS
At 4:00 p.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to
consider a Resolution Enacting a Temporary Moratorium on
Kittitas County Code Chapter 2.82 Open & Transparent Collective
Bargaining.
RESOLUTION 2018-175 TEMP MORATORIUM KCC 2.82 HUMAN RESOURCES
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-175, a
Resolution Enacting a Temporary Moratorium on Kittitas County
Code Chapter 2.82 Open & Transparent Collective Bargaining, as
presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:04 p.m.
