COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. NOVEMBER 5, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager questioned the
Board if they would allow Accolade (property manager Shady Brook) to
enter into a Contract again with Crystal Clear Custom Services for
snow removal this winter. She stated last year it was authorized and
noted they don’t begin plowing until there are at least 4 inches of
snow accumulated.
The Board stated they would allow it again this year, noting that
Accolade will enter into Contract with Crystal Clear Custom
Services.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
