COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. OCTOBER 29, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Mark Cook,
Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC WORKS
Mark Cook, Public Works Director/Interim County Engineer presented
the Board with a Professional Services Agreement (PSA) between
Kittitas County and Trout Unlimited for Washington State Dept. of
Ecology Streamflow Restoration Grant Application. He reviewed the
Agreement and how he has worked with other County Departments in
completing the PSA.
AGREEMENT KITTITAS CO./TROUT UNLIMITED PUBLIC WORKS
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve & authorize Board signature on
a Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Trout
Unlimited for Washington State Dept. of Ecology Streamflow
Restoration Grant Application. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
