OCTOBER 1, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR <br />Director/Interim KVEC Director; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer & Fair <br />Board President: Heather Harrell. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES <br /> <br />Lisa Young, HR Director/Interim-KVEC Director presented the Board <br />with an amended job description for the Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />and then one with comments she received from Commissioner O’Brien, <br />noting that Commissioner Wright and Chairman Osiadacz had indicated <br />no issues with the proposed job description she sent out. <br /> <br />The Board reviewed and discussed Commissioner O’Brien’s comments. <br /> <br />The Board approved the Job Description as presented with <br />comments/clarification from Commissioner O’Brien’s feedback and also <br />approved the posting of the position. <br /> <br />Ms. Young indicated she didn’t get the work completed for her second <br />item on the Agenda for approved Staffing changes.
