COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. SEPTEMBER 24, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Tristen Lamb,
EH Supervisor; Mark Larson, Public Health Official and Stephanie
Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH
Tristen Lamb, Environmental Health Manager provided an update on the
Health Order they issued on a piece of property in Upper County.
Stephanie Hartung, Deputy Prosecutor reviewed the legal process that
they have gone through and are working with the sister of the home
owner that the Health Order was issued on.
Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize a Notice of Violation and
Abatement and to authorize appropriate steps, noting the cost is
approximately $8,000.00. Commissioner Wright 2nd. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 9:48 a.m.
