SEPTEMBER 11, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Chairman; Vice- <br />Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Eric <br />Johnson, Executive Director Washington State Association of <br />Counties (WSAC). <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING WSAC-COURTHOUSE BRIEFING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 4:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to <br />receive the WSAC Annual Courthouse Briefing from Executive <br />Director Eric Johnson. <br /> <br />Eric Johnson, Executive Director WSAC presented materials about <br />the strategic litigation and communications program. He stated <br />it’s a newer program and explained what they are expecting from <br />the program.
