SEPTEMBER 10, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Julie <br />Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Judy Pless, Budget & Finance <br />Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers, (note for the week of <br />9-10-18 there were no PAF’s). <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending September 7, 2018. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT – GCBH COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien had Staff route the Joint County Authority ASO <br />Interlocal Operating Agreement of Greater Columbia Behavioral Health <br />LLC & DRAFT Resolution. He explained the document and answered <br />questions. He stated that he hasn’t received feedback from the <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />The Board directed Commissioner O’Brien to place the item on the <br />next Agenda session once the Prosecutor has a chance to review the <br />proposed documents. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br />
