KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 2:00 P.M. SEPTEMBER 7, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Chairman; Vice-
Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Amy
Cziske, Fiscal Tech. II; Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer.
SPECIAL MEETING DISCUSSION INVESTMENT POOL TREASURER
At 2:05 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to meet
with the County Treasurer and discuss a Resolution Authorizing
the Treasurer’s Investment Pool and Creation of an Investment
Operations and Maintenance Fund.
Brett Wachsmith, Treasurer reviewed the proposed Resolution and
answered questions, relating to investment policies.
RESOLUTION 2018-144 RESOLUTION INVESTMENT POOL TREASURER
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-144,
Authorizing the Treasurer’s Investment Pool and Creation of an
Investment Operations and Maintenance Fund as presented.
Commissioner Wright seconded. The Board all thanked Treasurer
Wachsmith for the work done and the efforts made to answer their
questions as well as taking the time to make sure other impacted
offices concerns were addressed. Motion carried 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:25 p.m.
