REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:30 A.M. AUGUST 20, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman
Obie O’Brien; and Commissioner Cory Wright.

Public Works Director/Interim Engineer; Kasey Knutson, Health
Promotion Supervisor; Lisa Lawrence, Admin Assistant S.W.;
Tristan Lamb, EH Manager/Interim Public Health Administrator;
Sam Cox, Water Resource Program Tech.; Erin Moore, Water
Resource Program Coordinator; Neil Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor;
Dr. Mark Larson, Public Health Official; Debbie Myers, Board
Clerk/Receptionist; Amy Cziske, Fiscal Tech II; Brett Wachsmith,
County Treasurer; Jerry Pettit, County Auditor; Lindsey Ozbolt,
Planning Official and one member of the public.
REGULAR MEETING AGENDA STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS
At 10:30 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Regular Meeting to
review items scheduled for the August 21, 2018 Agenda Session.
The Board of County Commissioners asked questions and received
reports from Staff on each Agenda item.
Note that the Board pulled Agenda Item K and directed Staff to
set a Special Meeting to discuss the item.
The Agenda Study Session was adjourned at 11:30 a.m.
