Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM July 23, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman
Obie O'Brien, and Cory Wright
Others: Dan Carlson, Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS),
Mark Cook, Candie Leader, Sara Folk (PW
Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M.
Final Docket List
Lindsey Ozbolt presented the proposed final draft docket list.
Lindsey stated the list included "house -keeping" items and
citizen requests. Lindsey stated she is looking for approval
from the Board to move the list forward through the Annual
Docket Process.
Commissioner O'Brien asked for clarification about the items and
the upcoming dates. Commissioner Osiadacz asked if this list is
set in stone and expressed her concern with Item 2. Dan Carlson
explained Item 2 in further detail and why staff feels it is
important to consider.
Mark Cook asked the Board to approve the addition of an item
regarding an exemption in the Grading Code as discussed at a
previous study session.
Commissioner O'Brien motioned to adopt the final items with the
addition of the "grading ordinance" amendment. Commissioner
Wright seconded the motion and the motion passed 2-1.
Commissioner Osiadacz opposed the motion.
