Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, Vice -Chairman
Obie O'Brien, and Paul Jewell

Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M.
Building Staff Training Update
Mike Flory presented the upcoming staff training schedule for
the building division of Community Development Service (CDS).
Mike stated there will be no inspections or plan review services
March 14t''- 16tH .
Other Business
Mike Flory stated there has been an issue regarding garages and
wood stoves vs. gas stoves as a heat source and the requirements
around each of those. Mike explained the building code
requirements and stated there has been some email exchange
between a customer and staff at CDS. Commissioner Jewell
requested the code reference be sent to the Board and the item
be put on the next study session to discuss.
