Regular Meeting
MONDAY 1:30 PM NOVEMBER 27, 2017
Board members present: Chairman Paul Jewell, Vice Chariman Laura
Osiadacz, Commissioner Obie O'Brien
Others: Dan Carlson, Lindsey Ozbolt, Stephanie Mifflin (CDS),
Lucas Huck, Candie Leader (PW) Daily Record Reporter
Meeting was called to order at 1:30 P.M.
Solar Committee Update
Dan Carlson stated there have been four meetings and one open
house so far. Dan stated the solar item has been removed from
the Docket because the committee has not finished the draft
regulations.
There was discussion and concern from the Board regarding the
draft regulations for solar and how those play into the
applications that are submitted to the State for large scale
solar facilities.
Other Business
Dan gave a quick update on the docket process. Dan stated the
items on the docket will go in front of the Planning Commission
tonight for recommendation and then to the Board, with adoption
by December 31St.
