AUGUST 27, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 24, 2018. <br /> <br />LETTER WASHINGTON STATE AUDITOR AUDITOR <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve and authorize the Chair to <br />sign a letter to confirm the nature and limitations of the Audit to <br />be performed by the Office of the Washington State Auditor for <br />Kittitas County. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />REPORT KVFR COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz provided a brief update on the recent meeting she <br />had with representatives of the Kittitas Valley Fire & Rescue and <br />the Interlocal Agreement. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION FACEBOOK WEEKLY POSTS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board determined for the week of August 27, 2018 they would post <br />information on an upcoming Press Release from the Public Health <br />Department on the air quality and relationship to the Fair & Rodeo;
