proposal from Denny and Jenny Kuenzli, Owners of Anytime Fitness
(ATF).
Denny & Jenny Kuenzli, Owners of Anytime Fitness presented the Board
with an offer letter asking the Board to consider selling the

well as interest in renting the parking lot behind the bowling alley
on a monthly basis, excluding the week of the County Fair.
