JULY 30, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented the <br />Board with a Professional Services Agreement for M2 Industrial Inc. <br />She stated that is for the installation of a new gate at the liquid <br />waste lagoons. The gate will be solar powered with a card reader and <br />battery back up in the amount of $18,000.00. <br /> <br />AGREEMENT M2 INDUSTRIAL PSA SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to authorize Board signature on a <br />Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and M2 <br />Industrial, Inc., to provide the installation of a new gate at the <br />liquid waste lagoons, in an amount not to exceed $17,950.00, plus <br />tax. Commissioner Wright seconded.
