COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. JULY 23, 2018
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner
Cory Wright. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director/Project Manager presented &
reviewed with the Board the proposal received from ALSC Architects
on the Bloom Pavilion – Heating, Ventilation & Footing Project in
the amount of $53,845.00, noting that there is a recommended
reimbursable allowance for mileage and printing costs of $2,500.00
(billed at actual cost plus 10% for overhead and taxes).
The Board directed Ms. Johnson to go back to the architect. They
stated that they would not be able support the current proposal
knowing that there could be overages etc. They asked for a detailed
structural engineering breakdown as well.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
