COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. JULY 9, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Cory Wright.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Lisa Young, HR
Director/Co-Interim Event Center Director; Greg Zempel, County
Prosecutor.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PROSECUTOR
Greg Zempel, County Prosecutor presented the Board with a Personal
Action Form (PAF) for a new Deputy Prosecuting Attorney III (DPA
III). He stated that they were made aware of some County Policies
that required him to come in for permission, however being unaware
of that he had, already made the offer and the position has been
accepted by the applicant.
The Board expressed their frustration over the position being
offered prior to them giving approval.
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve the PAF for Craig Juris, DPA
III as presented. Commissioner Wright seconded. Motion carried 3-0.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
