JUNE 26, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman <br />Obie O’Brien; and Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Neil <br />Caulkins, Deputy Prosecutor; Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator and <br />Bill Clarke, Special Appointed Deputy Prosecutor. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING TNC TERM SHEET AG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:07 a.m. Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting <br />to consider the Term Sheet Agreement with The Nature <br />Conservancy. She stated that the Board would recess into <br />Executive Session for 30 minutes per RCW 42.30.140 to consider <br />Collective bargaining sessions with employee organizations, <br />including contract negotiations, grievance meetings, and <br />discussions relating to the interpretation or application of a <br />labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a meeting during which <br />the governing body is planning or adopting the strategy or <br />position to be taken by the governing body during the course of <br />any collective bargaining, professional negotiations, or <br />grievance or mediation proceedings, or reviewing the proposals <br />made in the negotiations or proceedings while in progress. No <br />action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:37 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 11:37 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes per RCW 42.30.140 to <br />consider Collective bargaining sessions with employee <br />organizations, including contract negotiations, grievance <br />meetings, and discussions relating to the interpretation or <br />application of a labor agreement; or (b) that portion of a <br />meeting during which the governing body is planning or adopting <br />the strategy or position to be taken by the governing body <br />during the course of any collective bargaining, professional <br />negotiations, or grievance or mediation proceedings, or <br />reviewing the proposals made in the negotiations or proceedings <br />while in progress.
