COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON COMMISSIONERS AUDITORIUM SPECIAL MEETING
FRIDAY 1:00 P.M. JUNE 15, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Commissioner
Paul Jewell (via phone). Excused: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien.
Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board & Benjamin Corbett,
applicant. SPECIAL MEETING NOISE ORDINANCE WAIVER COMMISSIONERS
At 1:00 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting to
consider an application from Benjamin Corbett for a waiver to
the Noise Ordinance. Commissioner Jewell was in attendance via
phone.
Benjamin Corbett reviewed his request for a waiver to the Noise
Ordinance to host a 50th birthday party and 51st wedding
anniversary on June 16, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. at
4575 Thrall Road Ellensburg. The Sheriff’s Department did not
have any concerns with the request for an exemption to the Noise
Ordinance.
Commissioner Jewell moved to approve an exemption to the Noise
Ordinance on June 16, 2018 until 12:00 a.m. as requested by
Benjamin Corbett to host a 50th birthday party and 51st wedding
anniversary celebration at 4575 Thrall Road Ellensburg.
Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
