COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. JUNE 11, 2018
Board members present: Vice-Chairman Obie O’Brien & Commissioner
Paul Jewell. Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Erin Moore,
WRP Coordinator.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD PUBLIC HEALTH
Erin Moore, WRP Coordinator presented the Board with a notice for
publishing. She stated that DOE drafted the notice of application to
change the points of withdrawal and to add portions to the place as
authorized under G4-35799(D)P and they will be doing the R.O.E.,
which is a new process. She stated in the past it’s been through
Aspect Consulting however she has been staying in touch with DOE and
so far they have had no issues or concerns come up.
PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF APPLICATION PUBLIC HEALTH
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve a Public Notice for an
Application to change the points of withdrawal and to add portions
to the place as authorized under G4-35799(D)P and to authorize the
Clerk to publish said notice. Commissioner Jewell seconded. Motion
carried 2-0.
