JUNE 4, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager; Lisa Young HR <br />Director/Co-Interim Event Center Director; Judy Pless, Budget and <br />Finance Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager <br />presented the Board with a PAF for Holly Martin, Scale House <br />Attendent changing her status from “on-call” to “limited part time”, <br />Ms. Johnson noted that this will actually limit the hours to 19 a <br />week for Ms. Martin. <br /> <br />The Board signed the PAF as presented. <br /> <br />Ms. Johnson requested and update from the Board on the status of the <br />loan repayment that the General Fund borrowed from Solid Waste. She <br />stated that if they move forward with a property purchase she will <br />need to know if the funds are going to be borrowed or if they will <br />be paid back and she can use the funds they already have. <br /> <br />Ms. Pless said the funds were borrowed for the Ameresco project and <br />the balance is $1,093,084.92. <br /> <br />The Board directed Ms. Pless to authorize the payback. <br /> <br /> <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:10 a.m. <br /> <br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />DEPUTY CLERK OF THE BOARD KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz Laura Osiadacz, Chairman <br />
