MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 30, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with a
Resolution authorizing her to sign an Agreement with the Department
of Ecology for the Waste 2 Resources Financial Assistance Agreement
No. W2RLSWFA-1719-KiCoSW-00033.
RESOLUTION 2018-069 DOE – AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE
Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-069,
authorizing the Solid Waste Director Signature on an Agreement with
Department of Ecology for the Waste 2 Resources Financial Assistance
Agreement No. W2RLSWDA-1719-KiCoSW-00033, in the amount of
$159,092.00. Chairman Osiadacz seconded. Motion carried 2-0.
