Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with a <br />Resolution authorizing her to sign an Agreement with the Department <br />of Ecology for the Waste 2 Resources Financial Assistance Agreement <br />No. W2RLSWFA-1719-KiCoSW-00033. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2018-069 DOE – AGREEMENT SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />Commissioner O’Brien moved to approve Resolution No. 2018-069, <br />authorizing the Solid Waste Director Signature on an Agreement with <br />Department of Ecology for the Waste 2 Resources Financial Assistance <br />Agreement No. W2RLSWDA-1719-KiCoSW-00033, in the amount of <br />$159,092.00. Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
