4/30/2018 MINUTES 1 <br /> COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM <br />REGULAR MEETING <br /> <br />MONDAY 9:50 A.M. APRIL 30, 2018 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie <br />O’Brien. Excused: Commissioner Paul Jewell. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson, <br />Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim Egan, <br />Assistant Maintenance Director. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />Tim Egan, Assistant Maintenance Director presented the Board with an <br />updated proposal for the Probation door at the Morris Sorenson <br />Building. He stated that it’s a solid steel door with a frame and <br />panic bar. It was reviewed by Mike Flory, Building Official and Pat <br />Gigstead of Misdemeanant Probation is satisfied. He stated it <br />shouldn’t be more than $1,000.00 by the time it’s installed as the <br />door is $679.00. <br /> <br />The Board authorized up to $1,000.00 to be spent on the steel door <br />for Misdemeanant Probation.
