COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:50 A.M. APRIL 23, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Dan Carlson,
CDS Director; Lindsey Ozbolt, Planning Official and one member of
the public.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD CDS
Dan Carlson, CDS Director received direction from the Board relating
to non-conforming lots that had been brought forward from a member
that is on the Comp Plan CAC. He stated he has the last CAC meeting
coming up and wanted the Boards input. The Board stated that they
would encourage the member to bring forward their concerns relating
to non-conforming lots as a Comp Plan Amendment on his own.
OTHER BUSINESS
Dan Carlson, CDS Director stated that they hired a Fire Marshal and
he will begin in May.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 a.m.
