COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES
KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 9:40 A.M. APRIL 2, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager & Tim Egan,
Assistant Maintenance Director.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD MAINTENANCE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with a
proposal from McKinstry for the second floor of the Jail HVAC, which
would authorize them to move forward with Phase 2 per the proposal.
The Board authorized Ms. Johnson to move forward with Phase 2 of the
Proposal as presented. She stated she would get formal documents
before the Board to sign off on at a later date.
Meeting adjourned at 9:50 a.m.
