COMMISSIONERS CONFERENCE ROOM
REGULAR MEETING
MONDAY 10:00 A.M. MARCH 26, 2018
Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Obie
O’Brien & Commissioner Paul Jewell.
Others: Mandy Buchholz, Deputy Clerk of the Board II; Patti Johnson,
Solid Waste/Maintenance Director/Project Manager.
REGULAR MEETING DEPARTMENT HEAD SOLID WASTE
Patti Johnson, Solid Waste Director presented the Board with the
Second Amendment to the Professional Service Agreement with CH2M,
noting that the total adjusted service contract amount would now be
$373,474.95. Ms. Johnson noted that it was in her budget.
AMENDMENT PSA – CH2M – KITTITAS CO. S.W. SOLID WASTE
Commissioner Jewell moved to authorize Chair’s signature on the
Amended Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County
Solid Waste and CH2M, in the adjusted service contract amount of
$373,474.95, as presented. Commissioner O’Brien seconded. Motion
carried 3-0.
